    Pricing questions

    Can I try everything before paying?
    Yes. Every game feature works on the free plan: all question types, buzzers, auto-advance, presenter mode, the TV display, leaderboards and game reports. Start with five free packs; Pro adds the full question library and raises the room size from 5 to 300 teams.
    What do I unlock in the question library?
    Free includes 5 complete packs with 110 questions. Pro includes all 22 packs and 485 questions currently in the library — and the library keeps growing: new packs, seasonal themes and fresh question types are added for Pro members every month, always included in the plan you already have. Preview three questions from each Pro pack before upgrading. Saved games remain yours to use after your subscription ends; importing more Pro content requires an active plan.
    Will the library keep growing?
    Yes. We publish new packs, seasonal & themed collections (holidays, sports seasons, team-building) and brand-new question types every month. Every addition lands in Pro automatically at no extra cost — the plan you buy today covers everything we release while you stay subscribed.
    What counts as a team?
    Each phone or laptop that joins a room is one team. A group sharing one phone counts once, so a 5-team room can easily seat 20 people.
    What happens when a free room is full?
    A sixth team sees a friendly "room is full" message. Upgrade from Settings → Billing and every room you open afterwards holds up to 300 teams.
    Do players need to pay or sign up?
    No. Players scan the QR code or open the link and type a team name. There is no app to install. Only the host needs a Google sign-in, and only the host needs Pro.
    Monthly or yearly: which should I pick?
    Monthly suits a one-off event. Yearly costs $8 a month and suits regular pub quizzes, classes or a season of games.
    Can I cancel?
    Yes. Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time from Settings → Billing and stay active until the end of the period you paid for.
    Who processes payments?
    Stripe. TriviaBeam never sees or stores your card number.
